Lawrence W. "Bear Jr." Ferrari, aged 83, of Campus, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Arcadia Care of Morris. He was born on August 27, 1941, in Joliet, Illinois, to Silvio and Madalyn Ferrari. Larry, as he was known, was a hardworking carpenter, also involved in farming and firearm sales. He had a passion for stock car racing and was said to be a friendly individual with a knack for practical work.

He is survived by his wife Joyce, daughter Lorie Natyshok, grandchildren Taylor Natyshok and Nathan Natyshok, nephews, a niece, cousins, and a sister-in-law. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, first wife JoAnn, sister-in-law Wanda Bertoglio, and friend Charles "Bum" Bumgardner.

A private visitation was held at Reeves Funeral Home, followed by a Mass at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church. Larry was laid to rest at Braceville-Gardner Cemetery.
