The Coal City Theatre Department will conclude its season with the annual Broadway Revue performances this weekend.

Broadway Revue is scheduled for Saturday, May 24 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 25 at 2 p.m. in the Coal City Performing Arts Center. The show will feature individual and group numbers from various stage shows including “Hunchback of Notre Dame,” “Hadestown,” “Alice by Heart,” “The Outsiders,” “The Great Gatsby,” among others.

Broadway Revue has become a highly anticipated event for students, providing graduating seniors one last opportunity to perform together on stage. For some participants, it represents the culmination of nine years in the school’s theatre program.

“To see them on-stage one last time doing what they love is something very special, and I am excited to take that all in,” said Jack Micetich, director of Coal City Theatre Department.

Members of the class of 2025 performing this weekend include Melody Kinder, Mason Natyshok, Eliana Chernesky and Logan Hausman. In total, over 30 theatre students will participate in this weekend's performances. Also performing are: Mason Hamilton, Wyatt Chase, Gavin Clubb, Maxx Kramer, Jack Steinhouse, Jordan Olson, Brody D’Orazio, Theo Fritz, Austin Harding, Caroline Childers, Gabby VanDuyne, Cora Armstrong, Isabella Palacios, Aubrey Grunwald, Ethan Donnelly, Martin Ramirez,

"We hope everyone has an opportunity to join us in the theatre this weekend," Micetich said.
