Judy Lang, 79, of Braidwood, Remembered for Love of Family and Gardening

Judy Lang, 79, of Braidwood, Illinois, passed away on June 20, 2025, at her home. Born on August 24, 1945, Judy was the daughter of Francis and Lillian Erhardt. She worked as a mechanic at the Braidwood Nuclear Power Plant until her retirement. A devoted member of Immaculate Conception Church, Judy was an active participant in the Red Hat Society and enjoyed gardening, traveling, and dancing. She cherished time spent with her family and close friends.

Survived by her children Clarence, Linda, and Frank, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Bonnie, nieces, childhood friends, and dear companions, Judy will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter Savanna.

A visitation will be held on June 27, 2025, at Reeves Funeral Home in Coal City, with a service to follow and burial at Oakwood Cemetery in Braidwood.
