The Coal City School District is providing free sports physicals for student-athletes who will be entering grades 7-8 and 10-12. Students entering grades 6 and 9 are required to have a full school physical to register.
Parents must complete and sign the IHSA/IESA Pre Participation form, which is included in the announcement, and ensure their child brings it at the time of the physical.
The physicals are scheduled for Tuesday, June 17, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. They will take place at Coal City High School. Students should use the administration entrance located on the north side of the building.
