The Coal City Community Unit #1 Board of Education has announced the student registration and cafeteria fees for the 2025-2026 school year. Registration fees must be paid by September 1, with payments processed through RevTrak at https://coalcity.revtrak.net/2025-2026-school-registration-fees/#/list.
For the upcoming academic year, registration fees are set as follows: $80 for students in grades K-5, $95 for grades 6-8, and $120 for grades 9-12. The fee for drivers education is $150.
Cafeteria fees have also been established. Breakfast for students in kindergarten through fifth grade will cost $1.70. Lunch prices are $3.20 for students in grades K-3 and 4-8, while lunch for high school students (grades 9-12) is priced at $3.60. Adult lunches are available at a cost of $4.
