Harold “Fred” Rohrbach, 95, of Morris, Illinois, Passes Away

Harold "Fred" Rohrbach, aged 95, of Morris, Illinois, passed away on June 14, 2025. Born on July 21, 1929, in Coal City, Fred graduated from Coal City High School in 1947. After serving in the United States Army and marrying Vivian Joan Howard in 1951, he built his life in Morris. Fred spent his career at Caterpillar before retiring in 1992. He and Vivian found joy in country living, bowling, and spending time with family, particularly their grandchildren. Fred is survived by his children Maxine Finger, Janet Planeta, and Kurt Rohrbach, along with six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. He will be laid to rest with his wife in a private graveside service at Sample Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Reeves, Fruland and Baskerville Funeral Homes and Crematory.
