Coal City High School sets attendance policy for young fans at sports events

As the fall sports season begins, Coal City High School administration has issued a reminder regarding attendance at athletic events. Students in eighth grade or younger must be accompanied by an adult when attending these events.

Students who arrive at games without an adult or without a high school identification card will not be allowed entry. The school also stated that bikes, scooters, skateboards, and similar items are prohibited inside the stadium area. In addition, pickup games are not permitted and attendees should stay off the practice fields.

School rules remain in effect during sporting events. Attendees are encouraged to support the Coalers while following these guidelines.
