Riverside Healthcare has been recognized for its commitment to employee health, being named one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America. The organization ranked 36th nationally and secured first place in Illinois' Healthiest Employers in the 500 to 1,999 employees category for the second consecutive year.
The recognition highlights Riverside's dedication to workplace wellness and its exceptional health and benefits offerings. Common trends among honorees include increased flexibility, work-life balance, and mental health resources.

Riverside Healthcare is a comprehensive healthcare system serving several counties including Kankakee, Iroquois, Will, Grundy, among others. Riverside Medical Center is part of this system with a capacity of 312 beds offering both inpatient and outpatient services. It is recognized as a Level II Trauma hospital with advanced programs in heart care, cancer care, neurosurgery, and orthopedics. The center has held Magnet® designation since 2011 for nursing excellence.
