Coal City High School announces inaugural staff vs. student pickleball tournament

Coal City High School is set to host its first Annual Staff vs. Student Paddle Battle pickleball tournament. On February 11, 2025, from 6:00-8:30 pm, the high school auxiliary gym will serve as the venue for this doubles tournament featuring students and district staff.

The event is open to all high school students and district staff. The CCHS Tennis teams will be collecting a suggested donation of $1 at the door, with all proceeds supporting the Coal City North Park pickleball project sponsored by the Coal City Tennis Association.

Participants and spectators alike are invited to witness who will claim the title of first-ever Ultimate Pickleball Champion.
