Mrs. Aichele's class integrates crafts into learning sessions

In Mrs. Aichele's class, Fridays are reserved for a "craftivity" that complements the week's lessons. Recently, students have been learning about digraphs, so last Friday they created a flower featuring "ch" words. The project is part of an initiative to build a Digraph Garden in their classroom.

"We listen to our favorite music and sit where we like around the room while we work," Mrs. Aichele said.

Fridays also offer students the opportunity to spend their earned Aichele dollars at the classroom prize store.
