Preschool students celebrated St. Patrick’s Day this week, engaging in various festive activities aimed at fostering creativity and learning. The young learners explored the colors of the rainbow by creating rainbows with snacks and craft supplies.

In addition to their colorful creations, students used toys and manipulatives to construct leprechaun traps, an exercise that encouraged problem-solving skills. Both students and teachers participated in the celebration by donning green clothes and accessories, adding to the festive atmosphere.

The children also had the opportunity to make leprechaun masks, incorporating elements of play into their learning experience. Classes read books about luck, prompting discussions on what makes individuals feel lucky.

As a final activity, students brainstormed ideas on what they would purchase if they had their own pot of gold, stimulating imaginative thinking and discussion.
