Fourth and fifth grade students in Ms. Ternes' music classes have been preparing for their spring music programs. The students committed lyrics, dance moves, and lines to memory for each performance.
On April 3, the fourth graders performed "Making the Band," which included music from artists such as the Beatles, Bon Jovi, the Go Go's, and Elton John. The fifth graders are scheduled to perform "Broadway Beat" today, Wednesday, April 16. They have been learning about the history of musicals and singing songs from "Music Man," "Grease," "Hairspray," and "Wicked."
